The Senior Director is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the center. This includes, but is not limited to, ensuring state licensing regulations are met at all times, ensuring the quality of care provided to children meets Growing Room standards, supervising staff, and developing positive relationships with parents and families. Meets all director requirements stipulated by the individual state in which a school operates.
The Assistant Director is responsible for assisting the Senior Director in the day-to-day operations of the center and in the absence of the Senior Director has complete responsibility for the center. This includes, but is not limited to, ensuring state licensing regulations are met at all times, ensuring the quality of care provided to children meets Growing Room standards, supervising staff, and developing positive relationships with parents and families.
Education, experience, and certification requirements dependent upon classroom assignment. Responsible for the daily planning and implementation of the curriculum. Ensures that children are actively engaged in a safe, organized, stimulating classroom environment. Actively develops and maintains positive parent relationships. Is assisted in the classroom by a Para Professional as required by student enrollment.

Food Service Teacher
Certification and experience meets state and local requirements. Ensures that health and safety standards are met. Responsible for preparation of balanced snacks and meals. Orders and inventories all kitchen items and accepts temporary assignments within the school as necessary.
Meets all licensing requirements for transporting children and maintaining their safety. Ensures that Growing Room Policies and Procedures for transporting children are consistently implemented. Ensures the vehicle is properly maintained and serviced. Maintains a safe and violation-free driving record.
