We offer the following benefits:

Health Insurance
We offer Health Insurance plans to our full time employees. We are offering two plans to better meet our employee’s needs. Coverage is available for employees and their family members.

Dental, Cancer & Short Term Disability Insurance
Dental and Cancer insurance is available for employees and their family members. Short Term Disability coverage is available for employees only.

Life Insurance
We offer a very affordable $50,000 term life insurance plan to all full-time employees. Dependent life coverage is also available.

Paid Vacation
It is the policy of the Company to grant annual vacations with pay to full-time employees in accordance with their length of service. Employees may earn up to 80 hours of paid vacation time.

Paid Holidays
It is the policy of the Company to provide full time employees with up to 6 paid holidays per year. Holidays are paid based upon length of service.

401(k) Retirement Plan
To assist our employees in planning for their future, we offer a 401(k) plan that allows employees to invest money for retirement on a pre tax basis. Growing Room also matches a portion of the employee’s investment dollars.

Child Care Benefit
All full time employees are eligible to receive a discount of up to 40% off the cost of childcare.

Direct Deposit
All employees can elect to have their pay directly deposited into their bank account.

Employee Assistance Program
The company offers an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) benefit for employees. The EAP provides confidential assessment, referral and short-term counseling for employees who need to request it. There is no waiting period for this benefit.

Employee Meals
Employees are offered a discount off breakfast and lunch meals.
